Lunch – Turkey pepperoni, cheese melts on French bread
Dinner – My healthy version of ”Fried” rice & Potstickers
THURSDAY (BIBLE STUDY, BALLET)
Breakfast – Cream of Wheat & toast, protein shake
Lunch – Yogurt Parfait & P/B Sandwich
Dinner – Ribs & Baked potatoes w/ salad
FRIDAY
Breakfast – Eggs on toast
Lunch – Grilled cheese
Dinner – Cornbread Casserole (I’m using ground sausage instead, since that’s what I have in my freezer AND I’ll be kind to my youngsters and omit the jalapeno!)
SATURDAY (NUTCRACKER DRESS REHEARSAL)
Breakfast – Pancakes
Lunch – Smoothies (Frozen banana, frozen berries, plain yogurt, OJ) & P/B sandwiches
Dinner – Tacos
SUNDAY (BOARD MEETING)
Breakfast – Cereal, protein shake
Lunch – BLT’s & crackers
Dinner – Leftovers/snacky foods
MONDAY (ELDER MEETING)
Breakfast – Waffles
Lunch – Tuna melts
Dinner – Crock Pot Chicken Chili & cornbread
